Milkfood Limited has entered into a fresh agreement to sell its property located in Agwanpur village, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, replacing an earlier agreement signed on January 16, 2026.
The 20.084-acre property will now be sold to Bareilly Dairies Limited along with individual buyers Poonam Aggarwal, Amit Aggarwal, Shally Aggarwal, and Mool Chand Aggarwal for a total consideration of ₹130 crore.
Transaction details and timeline
The revised agreement was executed on March 24, 2026, and the transaction is expected to be completed on or before April 15, 2026. The company clarified that the deal is not a related-party transaction and has been conducted at arm’s length.
Financial impact
During FY2024-25, the property generated revenue of ₹74.92 crore, contributing around 16.73% to the company’s overall turnover.
Milkfood said the proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce borrowings and support business development activities going forward.
