Leo Dryfruits & Spices Signs Supply Pact with Haldiram, Eyes ₹150 Crore Annual Revenue

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Vandu Food Processing Private Limited, has entered into a supply agreement with Haldiram Marketing Private Limited, marking a significant step in strengthening its presence in the institutional and B2B segments.

Under the agreement, Vandu Food Processing will undertake the processing and supply of cashew nuts and related food products in line with Haldiram’s specifications and quality standards. The scope of work includes converting raw cashew nuts into value-added products such as cashew pieces and cashew powder.

The partnership is expected to bolster Leo Dryfruits’ positioning in the organized food processing ecosystem while reinforcing its credentials in quality, processing capabilities, and supply reliability. The collaboration with a leading FMCG player like Haldiram is also seen as a validation of the company’s operational strengths.

The company expects to generate annual revenues of approximately ₹150 crore from this agreement after the commissioning of its processing facility. However, actual revenues will depend on purchase orders issued periodically and execution levels.

Strategically, the agreement supports Leo Dryfruits’ transition towards a value-added, processing-led business model. It is also expected to improve capacity utilization, enhance scalability, and create opportunities to expand its product portfolio while deepening its engagement within the FMCG supply chain.

Commenting on the development, Chairman and Managing Director Kaushik Sobhagchand Shah said the agreement marks an important milestone in strengthening the company’s processing capabilities and expanding its institutional footprint. He added that the association with Haldiram opens avenues for long-term growth and reinforces confidence in the company’s operational capabilities.
