SUGS Lloyd Limited has announced the receipt of a major order worth ₹639.24 crore (including GST) from Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.
The contract entails the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of plant systems along with advanced SCADA-DMS solutions. The project is expected to be executed over a period of 24 months.
This large-scale order is set to substantially enhance SUGS Lloyd’s order book while providing strong revenue visibility over the next few years. The development also underscores the company’s growing capability to execute complex EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) projects, particularly in the smart grid and power infrastructure segments.
The deal represents a strategic expansion of the company’s footprint in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, further diversifying its portfolio and strengthening its engagement with prominent government clients.
Commenting on the development, Chairman and Promoter Santosh Shah described the order as a “landmark win” that validates the company’s execution strengths in large-scale EPC and smart grid projects. He added that the contract significantly improves revenue visibility and positions the company to pursue larger opportunities going forward, while maintaining a focus on disciplined execution and financial prudence.
Founded in 2009, SUGS Lloyd operates as an EPC player across power T&D, solar, and smart grid solutions. The company has worked on key government-backed initiatives such as RDSS and IPDS and serves clients including NTPC Limited, Tata Power, Adani Green Energy, and Indian Railways, along with multiple state DISCOMs.
SUGS Lloyd also claims a dominant presence in Fault Passage Indicator (FPI) technology, with over 50% market share, and continues to expand its presence in both the power T&D and solar segments.
