Vascon Engineers Limited (BSE: 533156; NSE: VASCONEQ) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹198 crore, excluding taxes, from the State Bank of India (SBI) for a construction project at Hinjewadi, Pune.
Disclosed on October 16, 2026, the contract covers the construction of SBILD facilities, residential flats and other commercial units for SBI’s Premises and Estate Department, Maharashtra Circle. The project will be executed under the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode, with completion scheduled within 24 months.
The ₹198 crore contract adds a new project to Vascon Engineers’ order pipeline. Execution over the next two years will determine the pace at which the contract contributes to the company’s revenue, subject to project milestones and contractual terms.
