Vascon Engineers Limited has secured a ₹115.90 crore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the development of Lotus Park in Ahmedabad.

The project will be developed over an area of 54,000 square metres in the city’s South West Zone and is scheduled to be completed within 24 months from the issuance of the work order. The contract has been awarded on an EPC basis.

This latest win further strengthens Vascon’s order book, which currently stands at approximately ₹2,825 crore, representing a healthy 2.8x coverage of its FY25 EPC revenues. The company has an execution capacity of around 8 million square feet annually and is currently operating at about 90% utilization, supported by a workforce of over 800 project and engineering professionals.

Commenting on the development, Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy, Managing Director of the company, said the project marks a significant collaboration with AMC and reflects Vascon’s growing engagement with municipal bodies across India. He added that the company remains focused on delivering high-quality civic infrastructure projects that enhance urban living.
