Aarti Industries Limited (AIL) has secured a multi-year international supply contract worth approximately $150 million, marking a significant boost to its long-term revenue visibility.
The agreement has been signed with a leading global agrochemical innovator for the supply of a critical agrochemical intermediate used in crop protection formulations. The contract formalizes and expands the existing engagement between the two parties into a structured long-term arrangement.
As per the terms, the contract will run through March 31, 2030, with a substantial increase in supply volumes compared to the current levels. The deal is expected to generate cumulative revenues of around $150 million over the contract period.
The customer is an international entity, and the agreement does not involve any related party transactions, the company confirmed.
