Syrma SGS and Elemaster Form Joint Venture to Boost High-Reliability Electronics Manufacturing in India

Syrma SGS Technology Limited, a leading Indian electronics systems design and manufacturing company, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Italy-based Elemaster S.p.A Tecnologie Elettroniche, a global leader in electronics design and manufacturing. The new entity, to be renamed Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited, will set up operations at Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bengaluru. The facility, spanning approximately 20,000 sq. ft., will be equipped with advanced SMT, THT, and box-build assembly lines to serve high-reliability customers in the railway, industrial, and medical electronics sectors.
 
The collaboration aims to combine Syrma’s cost-efficient execution and large-scale manufacturing capabilities with Elemaster’s extensive design expertise and long-standing relationships with European OEMs. The companies expect the partnership to unlock margin-accretive opportunities, deepen engagement with global accounts, and contribute to India’s Make in India initiative in critical high-growth markets.
