Mumbai, May 28, 2026: Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has entered into a long-term export supply agreement with a Japanese multinational customer for the supply of a specialty chemical product, securing a firm order commitment worth approximately ₹108 crore over the next two years.
In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company said the contract covers the international supply of a specialty chemical manufactured by Sadhana Nitro Chem. The identity of the customer has not been disclosed due to commercial confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.
The contract carries a committed aggregate value of around ₹108 crore and is scheduled to be executed over a two-year period. The company said the agreement significantly enhances its revenue visibility and strengthens its export business.
Following the latest order win, Sadhana Nitro Chem’s confirmed order book has crossed ₹200 crore, providing a substantial pipeline of business for the company.
The contract has been awarded by an international customer and reflects the growing demand for Indian specialty chemical manufacturers from global markets, particularly Japan, which is known for its stringent quality requirements and long-term sourcing relationships.
Industry observers view such long-duration export agreements as a positive indicator of product quality, customer confidence, and supply-chain reliability, especially in the specialty chemicals segment where customer qualification cycles are often lengthy.
