Hyderabad, May 28, 2026: Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd has secured a pipeline rehabilitation contract worth ₹121.04 crore from state-owned Oil India Ltd, further strengthening its order book in the oil and gas infrastructure segment.
In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company said it received the order for coating refurbishment and associated works under Oil India’s Pipeline Rehabilitation Project Phase-II in Assam.
The contract comprises two project packages, with Spread 1 valued at ₹65.41 crore and Spread 2 valued at ₹55.63 crore, taking the aggregate order value to ₹121.04 crore, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Under the scope of work, Likhitha Infrastructure will undertake coating refurbishment and related activities aimed at enhancing the integrity and operational life of Oil India’s pipeline network. The project is scheduled to be executed over a period of three years.
The contract has been awarded by Oil India Ltd, one of India’s leading upstream oil and gas companies, and is classified as a domestic order.
The latest win is expected to support Likhitha Infrastructure’s revenue visibility over the medium term and reinforces its position as a key engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor in the hydrocarbon pipeline sector.
The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction.
Likhitha Infrastructure specializes in cross-country pipeline construction, city gas distribution networks, operation and maintenance services, and related infrastructure projects for the oil and gas industry. The company has been benefiting from increased investments in India’s energy transportation and pipeline infrastructure network.
