Rossari Biotech Commissions Major Capacity Expansion at Dahej; Unitop Also Adds 15,000 MTPA Ethoxylation Capacity

Rossari Biotech Limited, a leading Indian specialty chemicals manufacturer, announced the successful commissioning of its expanded facility at Dahej, adding 20,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) of capacity. With this addition, the company’s total installed capacity now stands at 152,500 MTPA, marking a significant milestone in its growth strategy.

The commissioning was carried out in accordance with earlier disclosures made to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In a parallel development, Unitop Chemicals Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Rossari Biotech, has also commissioned 15,000 MTPA of ethoxylation capacity at its Dahej facility. This is the first phase of a 30,000 MTPA expansion project previously announced by the company. With the completion of this phase, Unitop’s total installed ethoxylation capacity now stands at 51,000 MTPA, while the second phase of the project is expected to be completed by Q3 FY26.

The expansion projects at both Rossari Biotech and Unitop are strategically designed to strengthen production capabilities, enhance supply reliability, and support growing domestic and global demand for specialty and performance chemicals across industries.
