Asian Energy Services Limited (AESL), a leading integrated energy infrastructure and services company, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Kuiper Group, a UAE-based manpower and operations & maintenance (O&M) services provider. The acquisition, valued at
$ 9.25 million, marks a major milestone in AESL’s strategy to expand its global presence and diversify its service portfolio.
Kuiper Group, which reported revenues of approximately $70 million in FY24, brings with it a strong track record of profitability, long-term service agreements, and a well-established presence across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The acquisition officially came into effect on September 1, 2025, integrating Kuiper Group’s operations fully under the Asian Energy Services umbrella.
The strategic move is expected to generate significant operational and geographic synergies, enabling AESL to enhance its capabilities in the energy services sector and broaden its client base across international markets.
