Mumbai, April 7, 2026: Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited has completed the second phase of its asset acquisition from Klaus Waren Fixtures Private Limited, marking the full takeover of a manufacturing facility in Bhuj.
The acquisition, valued at approximately ₹55 crore, includes a land parcel, buildings, machinery, manufacturing equipment, and office furniture and fixtures. The facility will serve as the manufacturing base for the company’s expanding bathware segment.
This transaction concludes the two-phase Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) initially announced in March 2024. The first phase involved the acquisition of the Aquel brand, along with moulds, dies, and related intellectual property, enabling Prince Pipes to enter and begin integrating the bathware business into its portfolio.
With the completion of the second phase, the Bhuj facility will support the scaling up of the company’s “Aquel by Prince” product range, which includes faucets and bathroom accessories. The company plans to further grow this segment through distribution expansion, product innovation, and targeted brand investments.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Prince Pipes is one of India’s leading integrated piping solutions providers, with a strong manufacturing footprint across the country. The addition of the Bhuj facility strengthens its strategic diversification into the bathware segment and enhances its production capabilities in western India.
The company operates multiple manufacturing units across India, and this acquisition is expected to further improve its ability to serve a growing customer base while expanding its presence in the premium bathware market.
