Innovators Facade Systems Limited has received an order for design, supply and installation of facade works for the “Anant Vilas Project” located at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
The contract has been awarded by Reliance Industries Limited and carries an order value of approximately ₹84.84 crore, excluding taxes.
According to the company’s disclosure, the client confirmed the award through an email communication dated May 4, 2026, while the formal work order containing detailed contractual terms is currently under finalisation and is expected to be executed in due course.
The project is expected to be completed within one year from the issuance of the formal work order, as per the client’s tender document. However, the company noted that the execution timeline may be revised or extended depending on project requirements during the course of implementation.
Innovators Facade Systems Limited clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company and that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013. The order is expected to strengthen the company’s order book and reinforce its presence in the premium commercial and infrastructure facade solutions segment.
