Mumbai, August 19, 2026: Indobell Insulations has secured an export order worth $170,000 (about ₹1.44 crore) for supplying steam turbine insulation products, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The order is for Steam Turbine Insulation – Blanket Therm and has been placed by an overseas buyer. Indobell did not disclose the identity of the customer, citing a non-disclosure agreement.
Under the terms of the order, payment is due within 150 days from the invoice date, while the shipment will be made under the FCA (Free Carrier) supplier-factory incoterm. The order is denominated in US dollars.
The company is required to execute the order by July 4, 2027.
Indobell Insulations said neither its promoters, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the overseas buyer. The transaction also does not fall under related-party transactions, according to the filing.
The latest order expands Indobell’s export business in industrial insulation products. The company manufactures thermal insulation and related products used across industrial applications, including power and process industries.
The company said the order was secured from an international entity and classified it as an export contract under its disclosure to the stock exchanges.
