Mumbai, August 19, 2026: Fabtech Technologies Limited, through its wholly owned UAE subsidiary FTS Cleanrooms Systems LLC, has secured an AED 9.92 million (approximately ₹24.6 crore) turnkey project from flavour manufacturer Aroma King in the United Arab Emirates.
The project is scheduled for fast-track completion within six months, Fabtech Technologies said in a regulatory filing.
Under the contract, FTS Cleanrooms Systems will provide the critical internal infrastructure for Aroma King’s manufacturing facility through an integrated, single-source execution model.
The scope includes modular controlled environments, cold rooms, specialised flooring, high- and low-side HVAC systems and internal electrical works.
Fabtech said the project will cater to the stringent environmental requirements of flavour manufacturing, where temperature, humidity, hygiene and production conditions need to be tightly controlled to ensure consistency and product quality.
The order marks an expansion of Fabtech’s cleanroom and critical infrastructure capabilities beyond its traditional life sciences applications. The company said the project will strengthen its presence in the UAE and expand its capabilities in high-specification food, flavour and ingredient manufacturing.
FTS Cleanrooms Systems LLC will serve as the group’s regional execution platform for the project, leveraging Fabtech’s engineering capabilities in controlled environments, HVAC, utilities and integrated infrastructure.
The company said the project is aligned with its broader strategy of building a global critical infrastructure platform and applying its expertise in precision manufacturing environments to industries where controlled production conditions are critical.
The latest order also provides Fabtech with an opportunity to diversify its exposure across industries requiring specialised manufacturing infrastructure, while strengthening the role of its UAE subsidiary in regional project execution.
