Fine Organics Industries Ltd. announced a significant step in its global growth strategy with the acquisition of a 159.92-acre land parcel in Jonesville, Union County, South Carolina, USA. The purchase was made through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fine Organics Americas LLC.
The company plans to develop a full-scale manufacturing facility on the site, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its footprint across the Americas. This facility will serve as a strategic hub to cater to growing demand in North, Central, and South American markets.
“This marks a major milestone in our international expansion,” Fine Organics said in a regulatory filing. “The new plant will allow us to strengthen service to existing customers, tap into new market opportunities, and drive long-term growth in the region.”
Planning and development activities for the facility have already commenced. The move aligns with Fine Organics’ broader efforts to establish a more robust global supply chain and enhance its presence in key international markets.
