Cranex Limited has announced the receipt of a prestigious order from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bhopal, for the manufacture and supply of a 220/80-ton Double Girder Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) crane.
Valued at approximately ₹3.66 crore, the order marks a historic milestone for Cranex, as it is the first time in the company’s 53-year history that it has secured a contract for a crane of such high lifting capacity.
The contract involves the design, manufacturing, and delivery of the heavy-duty crane, with execution scheduled to be completed by February 24, 2027. The agreement includes standard terms related to quality, delivery timelines, and pricing, as mutually agreed between both parties.
This development underscores strong customer confidence in Cranex’s engineering capabilities, manufacturing expertise, and technological strength in the heavy-duty crane segment.
