Mumbai: Jash Engineering Ltd expects to cross ₹1,500 crore in consolidated revenue by FY31, backed by a phased investment of around ₹200 crore in new manufacturing infrastructure across the US and Middle East over the next three to four years.
The engineering company plans to expand its manufacturing footprint in the US, establish a new facility in Saudi Arabia and add capacity at its existing operations as it seeks to scale its domestic and international businesses.
The company said its existing manufacturing facilities in India, the US and the UK, together with the planned investments, provide a pathway to consolidated turnover of more than ₹1,500 crore once the expansion programme is completed.
US expansion
A significant part of the planned investment will be directed towards expanding Jash Engineering’s operations in the US.
At its Orange, USA facility, the company plans to add around 75,000 sq ft to the approximately 65,000 sq ft of the old Rodney Hunt facility currently in use. The additional space will be created by renovating existing sheds and making them production-ready.
The renovation is expected to begin in early 2027 and be completed by March 2028, at an estimated investment of around ₹15 crore, or $1.5 million.
The company is also planning a new manufacturing facility of approximately 70,000 sq ft at Pearland, Houston, for the production of gates and screens. Construction is expected to begin in the latter part of 2026 and be completed by December 2027.
The Pearland facility is estimated to require an investment of around ₹100 crore, or $10 million. Jash Engineering said it has already raised around ₹29 crore, equivalent to $3 million, from investors for the project.
Commercial operations at the new facility are expected to begin from March 2028. The company expects the plant to increase its manufacturing capacity and strengthen its presence in the North American market.
Saudi Arabia manufacturing facility
Jash Engineering is also evaluating the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to cater to demand from the Middle East.
The company is conducting a feasibility study for the proposed facility and had planned to take a decision on proceeding with the project in the third quarter of FY26.
The proposed plant would be built on a plot of around 100,000 sq ft, with approximately 60,000 sq ft of built-up area, and would manufacture stainless steel equipment for the Middle Eastern market.
The facility is planned in two phases. The first phase is expected to involve an investment of around ₹30 crore between December 2026 and December 2027, while a further ₹10 crore could be invested in the second phase between April 2029 and March 2030.
New Houston office under consideration
The company is also considering a new 14,000 sq ft office building adjacent to its proposed Pearland manufacturing facility.
The office project is estimated to cost around ₹45 crore, or $5.5 million, and construction could begin after March 2028. Jash Engineering said the decision will depend on the company’s performance over the next two years.
The proposed office would provide space for the team required to support revenue of around $75 million at Rodney Hunt.
Revenue potential across facilities
Following the planned investments, Jash Engineering has estimated revenue potential of more than ₹1,500 crore across its various manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries.
| Facility | Potential annual revenue |
| Unit 1 – Cast Products Plant, Domestic | ₹150 crore |
| Unit 2 – Fabricated Products Plant, Domestic | ₹300 crore |
| Unit 3 – Cast Products Plant, Exports | ₹150 crore |
| Unit 4 – Fabricated Products Plant, Exports | ₹300 crore |
| Unit 5 – Process Equipment Plant, Chennai | ₹100 crore |
| Rodney Hunt, USA – Orange/Houston | ₹400 crore |
| Waterfront, UK – Glasgow | ₹100 crore |
| Proposed Saudi Arabia Plant | ₹100 crore |
| Total | ₹1,600 crore |
The company therefore sees a potential revenue capacity of approximately ₹1,600 crore from the identified facilities, providing a buffer above its stated target of crossing ₹1,500 crore by FY31.
Outsourcing could add another ₹50-100 crore
Jash Engineering also expects its outsourcing model to provide additional revenue upside.
The process equipment business at Unit V in Chennai and the Indian operations of Jash Process Equipment, formerly known as WesTech, currently generate cumulative revenue of around ₹100 crore despite not having their own manufacturing facilities.
Although Jash has established a new process equipment plant in Chennai, the company said it will continue outsourcing non-critical products and assemblies.
This could generate an additional ₹50-100 crore of revenue from outsourced products in the future, according to the company.
