New Delhi, August 11, 2026: Ritco Logistics Ltd has secured new business worth nearly ₹342 crore across its transportation and warehousing verticals, as the integrated logistics provider expands its presence in the petrochemical, energy and industrial sectors.
The company said the new contracts will strengthen its long-term customer relationships and support the expansion of its integrated logistics capabilities across multiple industry segments.
₹334 crore HRRL contract
The largest order is a contract worth approximately ₹334 crore from HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL) for pan-India distribution of polymer granules from Pachpadra, Rajasthan.
Ritco said the contract further strengthens its position in polymer logistics, where it already works with major polymer producers across India.
The company expects the increased volumes to support the scaling of its technology-enabled supply chain operations, including AI-based route optimisation, automated fleet management and real-time transit visibility.
Ritco also secured a transportation contract from Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) covering transportation services originating from Mangalore.
The company said the MRPL contract further expands its presence in the polymer logistics segment and reflects customer confidence in its nationwide transportation network.
OPAL warehousing contract
In its warehousing and integrated logistics business, Ritco has secured a contract from ONGC Petro additions Ltd (OPAL) for warehousing operations across multiple locations in Gujarat.
The company said the contract will strengthen its integrated logistics portfolio and expand its capabilities in warehousing and supply chain management.
According to Ritco, the latest business additions point to continued expansion in the energy and petrochemical sectors, while also helping diversify its business mix across transportation, warehousing and integrated logistics.
TrucksUp crosses ₹27 crore FASTag GMV
Ritco’s technology platform TrucksUp also reported continued growth across its digital offerings.
The platform has issued more than 5,000 FASTags, generating gross merchandise value (GMV) of approximately ₹27 crore. The company said FASTag remains one of TrucksUp’s most consistent products, with fleet operators using the platform to consolidate toll payments.
TrucksUp has also issued 326 fuel cards, with GMV of approximately ₹2.5 crore. The company said the product is enabling fleet operators to shift their fuel expenditure to the platform while gaining greater visibility and control over their fuel spending.
The vehicle financing business closed 13 cases during the month, with total disbursements of approximately ₹4.3 crore. This translates into an average ticket size of about ₹33 lakh per case.
The platform has also installed approximately 800 GPS units, generating revenue of around ₹40 lakh. Ritco said GPS is emerging as a new revenue stream for TrucksUp.
IT infrastructure strengthened
Ritco also highlighted improvements to its information technology infrastructure during the month. The company has strengthened security monitoring capabilities to improve detection and response to cyber threats.
It has also enhanced IT asset management processes to improve operational efficiency and lifecycle governance, while collaboration platforms have been upgraded to improve productivity and user experience across the organisation.
Jash Engineering said its manufacturing facilities are currently not operated continuously throughout the year on a 24-hour basis. Factors such as availability of orders or load at the beginning of the year and manpower availability limit utilisation of some plants.
The company believes that improving utilisation of its existing manufacturing infrastructure, alongside the planned capacity additions in the US and Middle East, will support its growth towards the ₹1,500 crore-plus revenue target by FY31.
