Signpost India Limited has been awarded exclusive outdoor advertising rights for key stretches in central Kolkata under the “Kolkata Streetscape Renaissance” project.
The contract has been granted by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation through a Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) model. It covers Park Street, Camac Street, Theatre Road and the Park‑o‑Mat area.
The project is expected to generate gross advertising revenue of approximately ₹450 crore over the concession period.
Under the agreement, the company will pay a fixed annual revenue share of ₹16.38 crore to the civic authority, with an escalation of 5% every three years. Total projected revenue to the authority is expected to exceed ₹250 crore during the concession tenure.
The contract has a tenure of 10 years, extendable by an additional two years.
