Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured a domestic order worth ₹389.97 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), the company said in a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The order involves the manufacture and supply of 53 transformers of various ratings, along with related works. The contracts have been awarded by a domestic transmission utility and will be executed in line with mutually agreed terms and conditions.
According to the company, delivery of the transformers is scheduled to be completed by the next financial year, providing near-term revenue visibility. The new order adds to Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited’s order book and reinforces its strong position in the domestic power transmission and distribution segment.
