Techknowgreen Solutions Bags ₹4.1 Crore Air Pollution Control Order from Remal Alcast

Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd has secured a ₹4.09 crore work order from Remal Alcast Private Limited for the supply and installation of air pollution control equipment, adding to its order book in the industrial environmental solutions segment.

The company disclosed in a stock exchange filing that the contract involves supplying and installing 13 Yuka Yantra air pollution units designed to control fugitive dust emissions at the customer’s facility. The order is valued at ₹4.095 crore, excluding GST.

Under the terms of the contract, each unit is priced at ₹31.5 lakh, with payments to be made within 15 days of invoice. The project is scheduled to be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order.

Fugitive dust emissions refer to airborne particulate matter released during industrial processes such as material handling, crushing, loading and unloading, rather than through chimneys or stacks. Air pollution control systems designed for such emissions help capture and suppress dust, enabling manufacturers to comply with environmental regulations while improving workplace air quality.

The order has been awarded by Remal Alcast Private Limited, a domestic entity. Techknowgreen said the contract does not involve any related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the customer.

The latest order strengthens Techknowgreen’s presence in industrial pollution control solutions, an area witnessing increased demand as manufacturers invest in environmental compliance and dust mitigation systems. The company provides environmental engineering and sustainability-related solutions, including pollution control, environmental consulting and compliance services for industrial clients.

The contract is expected to be executed over the next month, contributing to the company’s near-term revenue pipeline.
