Suratwwala Business Group Ltd said its subsidiary, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Pvt Ltd, has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK Ltd for a ₹69 crore solar power project.
The order involves an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for a 20 MW AC/28.1 MW DC solar power plant to be developed in the Kolhapur-Sangli district of Maharashtra. The order value excludes GST.
Under the contract, the subsidiary will undertake the design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar project, along with its operation and maintenance.
The project is scheduled to be completed within four months, with the detailed work schedule, including timelines for individual supply and service activities, to be mutually agreed between the parties.
The contract also includes comprehensive operation and maintenance services at an annual cost of ₹50 lakh. The plant will have a minimum guaranteed generation of 42.0048 million units (MUs) per year.
