Sai Parenterals Bags ₹104.5 Crore Export Contract for Anti-TB Drugs from Philippines

 

Hyderabad, May 28, 2026: Sai Parenterals Ltd has secured a long-term export contract valued at approximately ₹104.5 crore ($11 million) from Philippines-based pharmaceutical company Pill Corp for the supply of anti-tuberculosis (TB) products.

According to an exchange filing on Wednesday, the agreement grants Pill Corp exclusive rights to market Sai Parenterals’ anti-TB products in the Philippines for a period of 10 years beginning June 1, 2026.

The contract envisages periodic purchase orders over the tenure of the agreement, with the total order value estimated at $11 million. At an exchange rate of ₹95 per US dollar, the contract value translates to around ₹104.5 crore.

Sai Parenterals said the agreement is focused on supplying anti-TB formulations for the Philippines market, strengthening the company’s presence in international pharmaceutical markets and expanding its export business in the infectious disease segment.

The company clarified that Pill Corp is an international entity and that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the customer. The transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction, the company added.

The agreement will remain in force for 10 years and may be renewed, revised, or terminated subject to a six-month notice period before expiry.
