The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, highlighting its continued momentum in securing high-value and high-margin infrastructure projects.
The new orders span multiple segments, primarily involving electrical works and fire-fighting systems at retail stores and warehouse facilities. The projects are located in Chandrapur, Chakan (Pune), and Bhiwandi, and will be executed over a period ranging from one month to twelve months.
Key orders include:
- Electrical works for two store locations in Chandrapur with a combined value of over ₹1.07 crore.
- Fire-fighting and electrical works for warehouse facilities in Chakan, Pune.
- A major fire-fighting project in Bhiwandi valued at approximately ₹3.30 crore.
- Additional contracts in Bhiwandi for electrical panel work and lighting protection & earthing systems.
According to the company, these orders reinforce Rulka Electricals’ strong position in the industrial and commercial infrastructure segment and reflect its strategy of focusing on projects with better profitability.
Rulka Electricals stated that the new contracts are expected to contribute positively to its revenue and operational performance over the coming quarters.
