Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd. informed the exchange that it had entered into an Agreement to sell its Idle Assets i.e.,Industrial PlotNo.13 & 14 (Land and Building) situated at,Roj-Ka-Meo Industrial Area, District-Nuh, Mewat, Haryana 122103.
The assets are being sold M/s.Roop Polymers Limited, for a consideration of Rs 29 Crores. An advance of Rs 5.8 crore has been paid. The balance 80% of the sale consideration amount shall be paid by the buyer, simultaneous to execution and registration of sale deed.
The sale will require clearance from the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation.
