QMS Medical Allied Services Increases Stake in Saarathi Healthcare to 76%

QMS Medical Allied Services Limited has strengthened its position in the healthcare services space by acquiring an additional 25% stake in its subsidiary Saarathi Healthcare Private Limited. With this transaction, QMS now holds a controlling 76% stake in the disease management and digital healthcare solutions provider.
 

The acquisition, executed for a cash consideration of ₹14 crore for 2,06,250 shares, aligns with QMS Medical’s strategic objective of expanding its addressable market in value-added healthcare services. The company stated that the move reinforces its focus on integrated healthcare delivery, backed by both digital and on-ground patient engagement models.

 

Saarathi Healthcare, headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, specializes in disease management, early diagnostics, screening through point-of-care devices, patient awareness programs, and therapy access services. The company operates across physical and digital platforms to support chronic and critical disease management initiatives.

 

The company believes the increased stake will enhance operational control and enable deeper integration of Saarathi’s advanced healthcare platforms into its broader service ecosystem, supporting long-term growth in the digital and assisted healthcare domain.
