Patil Automation Limited announced that its subsidiary MII Robotics Private Limited has received multiple purchase orders worth ₹12.67 crore for the supply of automated robotic welding lines.
The orders include automatic robotics lines equipped with live feed NUB MIG welding systems and robotic units, which will be deployed for defence sector applications in India.
The orders have been awarded by domestic companies and are scheduled to be executed by August 2026.
The company clarified that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in the awarding entities and the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.
