Mumbai, July 4: Oswal Pumps Ltd has secured an additional order worth approximately ₹235.92 crore (including GST) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the supply and installation of 10,000 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems under the PM-KUSUM Scheme.
The order has been awarded under the PM Kusum B Scheme “Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump” Yojana and is to be executed within 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) or work order, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The contract covers the design, manufacture, supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems at identified farmers’ locations across Maharashtra. It also includes a five-year comprehensive warranty, repair and maintenance services, and a remote monitoring system for the installed pumps.
