Mumbai, April 29, 2026: Marushika Technology Limited has secured a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from HFCL Limited valued at approximately ₹45.06 crore.
The company disclosed in a regulatory filing that the contract involves providing end-to-end maintenance and technical support services for hardware, software, firmware, licenses, subscriptions, consumables and associated infrastructure under the project.
Under the agreement, Marushika Technology will also undertake preventive maintenance, field rectification, technical support, upgrades, obsolescence management, reporting and site-level service restoration within stipulated timelines. The AMC contract will remain in force until January 31, 2031.
According to the company, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The company also clarified that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity.
The contract is expected to strengthen Marushika Technology’s recurring service revenue stream and expand its presence in long-term technology infrastructure maintenance services.
