Likhitha Infrastructure Limited has secured a pipeline laying contract worth ₹72.15 crore from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), strengthening its presence in India’s oil and gas infrastructure sector.
The company disclosed that the order involves cross-country pipeline laying works along with associated facilities under “Pipeline Laying Works – SCH B.” The project is scheduled to be completed within 12 months.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. Likhitha Infrastructure also clarified that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
The Hyderabad-based engineering and infrastructure company specialises in pipeline construction and related services for the oil and gas sector. The latest HPCL order is expected to further strengthen its execution pipeline and order book visibility.
