Mumbai, May 13, 2026: Jyoti Structures Limited has secured an international transmission infrastructure project worth ₹67.96 crore in Sri Lanka through a joint venture with Fentons.
The company informed stock exchanges that it has entered into a contract agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited for the execution of the Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project (MWPTP).
Under the contract, the joint venture between Jyoti Structures and Fentons will undertake the construction of a 28-kilometre, 220kV double-circuit transmission line connecting Mannar Grid Substation to the Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation in Sri Lanka.
The project falls under Lot B of the MWPTP package and is expected to be completed within 18 months. The order value has been estimated at ₹67.96 crore based on exchange rates of 1 USD = ₹95.14 and 1 Sri Lankan Rupee = ₹0.29.
The company stated that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity and clarified that the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
Jyoti Structures Limited is engaged in power transmission and distribution infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and turnkey EPC solutions across domestic and international markets.
