Innovators Facade Systems Limited announced that it has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹223.79 crore for façade and glazing works. The contracts have been awarded by two prominent real estate developers — Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited (₹146.19 crore) and K Raheja Corp (₹77.60 crore).
The scope of work includes design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced façade and glazing systems for high-end commercial and residential developments. The company stated that these orders further strengthen its project pipeline and reflect its growing presence among top-tier real estate developers in India.
Façades play a critical role in modern architecture, serving as the external skin of a building while enhancing aesthetics, safety, and energy performance. High-performance façades help regulate temperature, improve natural lighting, and offer superior weather resistance and acoustic insulation.
