Genus Power Infrastructures announced the incorporation of Genus Assam Package-5 SPV, a step-down subsidiary.
Genus Assam Package-5 SPV will manufacture meters for electricity, water or gas, flow meters and counting meters.
The subsidiary has been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle company (SPV) for execution of an advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) contract.
