April 10, 2026: E To E Transportation Infrastructure Limited has secured a signalling and telecom (S&T) contract worth ₹44.66 crore from Eastern Railway, Howrah Division, marking a significant addition to its order book in the railway infrastructure segment.
The scope of work includes augmentation of signalling and telecom systems, covering the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Electronic Interlocking systems along with MSDAC and associated S&T works. The project is part of the railway line doubling between Rampurhat and Dumka, spanning 64 km.
This work is linked to the larger Bhagalpur–Dumka–Rampurhat Doubling Project, a 177-km expansion initiative aimed at enhancing rail capacity and connectivity in eastern India.
The contract carries a total value of ₹44.66 crore. As part of the agreement, the company is required to furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value, amounting to approximately ₹2.23 crore, within 21 days of the Letter of Acceptance.
The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months from April 10, 2026. It has been awarded by a domestic government entity under the Ministry of Railways through a competitive bidding process.
The company clarified that the contract does not fall under related party transactions, and neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority.
