DEE Development Engineers Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from one of the largest international original equipment manufacturer (OEM) conglomerates in the power sector, headquartered in the United States, for the supply of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) piping across multiple projects.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing with Securities and Exchange Board of India under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, DEE Development Engineers will supply process piping solutions for 16 HRSG units. The contract has been awarded by an international customer, whose identity has not been disclosed due to commercial confidentiality requirements.
The total value of the orders is expected to exceed $40 million (approximately ₹330 crore), marking a significant addition to the company’s order book and reinforcing its position as a key supplier of critical piping solutions for global power generation projects.
The Letter of Intent remains valid until February 18, 2027, during which DEE Development Engineers will execute the supply of piping systems for the specified HRSG installations.
This order highlights the company’s growing international presence and its ability to secure large-scale contracts from leading global OEMs in the power sector, particularly in supplying high-precision piping solutions essential for efficient thermal power plant operations.
