Datamatics Global Services Limited has signed an agreements to acquire 100% stake in diacriTech Technologies Private Limited an integrated digital media publishing company based in Chennai.
diacriTech operates in the publishing BPO business. This acquisition will enable Lumina Datamatics Limited leverage their customer base.
Post-acquisition diacriTech will become stepdown subsidiary of the Datamatics Global Services Limited.
The total cost of the acquisition is Rs 21 Crore.
