Lucknow, March 26, 2026:
Concord Control Systems Limited has secured a major order worth ₹84.68 crore from Indian Railways for the deployment of advanced loco wireless control systems.
The contract has been awarded through the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, and involves end-to-end execution including supply, installation, and commissioning of the systems.
Focus on railway modernization
The loco wireless control systems are designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve safety, and enable remote control capabilities in railway operations. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months.
The order aligns with ongoing efforts to modernize India’s railway infrastructure through increased automation and adoption of advanced technologies.
Strengthening market position
Company officials said the order reflects growing confidence in Concord’s technological expertise and execution capabilities in the railway electronics segment.
The win is also expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the railway modernisation ecosystem, where demand for advanced control and automation systems continues to rise.
Growth outlook
Concord Control Systems, an RDSO-approved original equipment manufacturer (OEM), specialises in embedded electronic systems and critical solutions for railways. The company has been actively contributing to India’s infrastructure push, aligned with initiatives such as the Gati Shakti programme.
With this order, Concord aims to further consolidate its position in the domestic railway technology space while also exploring opportunities to expand into global markets.
