Cambridge Technology Enterprises informed that exchange that it had received approval for the proposed acquisition of Appshark Software, Inc., USA.
The Acquisition will help the company grow in the US market. The acquisition is pegged at $5 million (Rs 41 crore).
The Board of Directors approved the acquisition at their meeting held on June 23, 2023.
Appshark is a Salesforce consulting and custom software development firm that is both a Gold Consulting Partner and a Product Development Partner. It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices in New Jersey and Toronto.
