AZAD Engineering Secures $53.5 Million Long-Term Supply Deal with GE Steam Power GMBH

In a major strategic development, AZAD Engineering Limited has signed a long-term supply agreement with GE Steam Power GMBH, acting through its GE Vernova Power business based in Baden, Switzerland. The deal, valued at approximately $ 53.5 million (₹452.48 crores), is a significant step toward strengthening AZAD’s global partnerships in the power generation and essential industries sector.
 
Under the terms of the agreement, AZAD Engineering will manufacture and supply highly engineered and complex rotating and stationary airfoils. These components are critical for advanced nuclear, industrial, and thermal power applications. The contract covers a supply period of six years and will serve GE Vernova’s worldwide requirements.
 
The deal does not involve any equity sharing, board representation, or related party transactions. There are no conflicts of interest, and none of AZAD’s promoters or group companies hold any interest in the counterparty organization.
