Arabian Petroleum Limited has received an addendum to an award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for the supply of lube oil and grease under a rate contract.
The contract, valued at approximately ₹20.55 crore, involves the supply of various categories of engine lubricating oils and related products in line with ONGC’s tender specifications.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is structured as a rate contract, under which supplies will be made as per requirements over the contract period.
The company confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, and that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in ONGC.
This order further strengthens Arabian Petroleum’s presence in the lubricants segment and reinforces its capability to cater to large-scale requirements of leading public sector enterprises in India’s oil and gas sector.
