Parth Electricals Bags ₹85 Crore RMU Orders; Executable Order Book Reaches ₹471 Crore

  • New orders: Approximately ₹85 crore, excluding GST, from EPC contractors in Gujarat
  • Executable order book: Approximately ₹471 crore as of October 15, 2026
  • Manufacturing pipeline: Around 2,500 Ring Main Units (RMUs), supporting production visibility over the next 12 months

Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited (NSE: PARTH) has secured domestic orders worth approximately ₹85 crore, excluding GST, from multiple engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors in Gujarat for the manufacture and supply of Ring Main Units (RMUs).

Announced on October 15, 2026, the orders will support electricity distribution infrastructure across Gujarat. The company said the new contracts, together with its existing orders, take its total executable order book to approximately ₹471 crore.

Execution is scheduled to commence within two months, with completion expected over the subsequent 12 months.

RMU orders strengthen manufacturing visibility

The latest contracts cover the manufacturing and supply of RMUs, electrical switching units used in medium-voltage distribution networks to manage power flow and isolate sections of the network during faults or maintenance.

Parth Electricals said its combined RMU order pipeline now stands at approximately 2,500 units, including existing orders. This is expected to provide a substantial production base for its manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, over the next 12 months.

The order pipeline is expected to support capacity utilisation and production planning as the company fulfils deliveries against its contracted commitments.

New Odisha facility offers scope for regional expansion

The company said its strong domestic order pipeline could allow it to focus on higher-value-added orders while creating opportunities to utilise its new manufacturing facility at Khordha, Odisha, to serve customers in eastern India.

The strategy could expand its manufacturing footprint beyond Gujarat and position the company to cater to demand from electricity distribution and electrical infrastructure projects in additional regions.

₹471 crore order book provides execution visibility

With an executable order book of approximately ₹471 crore, Parth Electricals expects business visibility over the next 12-14 months, subject to project schedules and execution conditions.

The latest ₹85 crore order win strengthens its presence in the domestic power distribution segment and provides a pipeline of manufacturing work for its RMU operations.

The eventual contribution to revenue and profitability will depend on production and delivery schedules, execution costs, capacity utilisation and working-capital requirements.
