Pune, August 19, 2026: Autoline Industries has secured a new business award from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited for supplying four components for hatchback applications, with the programme carrying an estimated revenue potential of ₹110 crore.
The order is expected to generate annual incremental revenue of approximately ₹80 crore for Autoline Industries once the programme is ramped up. In addition, the associated tooling is expected to generate one-time revenue of around ₹30 crore.
The company said the revenue potential will depend on the scheduled programme ramp-up, customer production schedules and actual requirements.
The new award strengthens Autoline’s relationship with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and comes as the Pune-based auto component manufacturer looks to deepen its engagement with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Autoline said its engineering, tooling and manufacturing capabilities will support the programme, with its manufacturing network using Industry 4.0-enabled processes, automation and data-driven production systems.
The company operates more than nine manufacturing facilities and supplies over 3,000 products to passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Its product portfolio includes sheet metal stampings, welded assemblies, foot control modules, parking brakes, hinges, exhaust systems and tubular structures.
Autoline caters to major automotive OEMs in India and overseas and has in-house design, engineering and tooling capabilities.
“This business award reflects the strength of Autoline’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities and the continued confidence of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited in the company,” said Shivaji Akhade, Managing Director of Autoline Industries.
Akhade said the company would focus on quality, cost, delivery and capacity readiness while executing the programme. The award, he added, supports Autoline’s strategy of achieving sustainable growth through deeper OEM engagement, advanced manufacturing and value-added products.
The company said its manufacturing operations are supported by connected systems, real-time production monitoring, data analytics, robotic automation and integrated engineering and tooling capabilities.
The latest award comes at a time when Indian automotive component manufacturers are seeking to expand their business with domestic OEMs as vehicle platforms evolve and manufacturers increase localisation of components.
Autoline Industries, established in 1996 and headquartered in Pune, manufactures sheet metal components, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the automotive industry. Its products are supplied to both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle segments across domestic and international markets.
