Mumbai, June 8: IT infrastructure and digital solutions provider Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. has secured a ₹125.88-crore contract from Central Bank of India for the expansion and modernization of the public sector lender’s technology infrastructure.

According to a regulatory filing, the five-year project involves the supply, implementation and support of an enterprise private cloud platform, deployment of GPU-enabled computing infrastructure based on NVIDIA H200 Blackwell GPUs, and the establishment of an on-premises containerization platform using Kubernetes technology.

The order, valued at ₹125.88 crore excluding GST, is aimed at enhancing the bank’s cloud and artificial intelligence capabilities and forms part of its broader technology modernization initiative.

Under the contract, Dynacons will build a scalable and highly available private cloud infrastructure based on x86 architecture and deploy advanced GPU-based systems designed to support artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads, including model training, inference and analytics.

The project also includes the implementation of a Kubernetes-based container platform to enable cloud-native applications and support application modernization. The infrastructure will be integrated with the bank’s existing security, monitoring and operational systems and will comply with regulatory requirements and internal cybersecurity policies.

The company said the platform would provide Central Bank of India with an on-premises AI/ML-ready environment capable of supporting advanced analytics and computing workloads while maintaining a secure and compliant framework.

As part of the engagement, Dynacons will provide lifecycle support and managed services across the bank’s data centre and disaster recovery facilities through dedicated personnel on a round-the-clock basis.

Established in 1911, Central Bank of India operates a nationwide network of more than 4,685 branches, supported by 13 zonal offices and 90 regional offices.

The contract marks a significant order win for Dynacons and underscores the increasing investments being made by Indian banks in cloud-native architectures and artificial intelligence infrastructure to support digital transformation initiatives.
