Capital Numbers to Acquire US-Based Epitome Cloud for ₹40 Crore, Expands Salesforce and Digital Transformation Capabilities

Kolkata, May 28, 2026: Capital Numbers Infotech Ltd has approved the acquisition of US-based technology consulting firm Epitome Cloud Inc. in a deal valued at approximately ₹40 crore, marking a strategic step to strengthen its digital transformation offerings and expand its presence in the North American market.

The company’s board of directors has authorized the execution of a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Epitome Cloud Inc., headquartered in New Jersey, along with its Indian subsidiary, Epitome Cloud Technology Private Limited.

According to a regulatory filing, the acquisition will be completed through a cash consideration of around ₹40 crore, subject to customary working capital and other closing adjustments. The transaction is expected to be completed within 8 to 12 weeks, subject to fulfilment of agreed conditions precedent.

Founded in 2020, Epitome Cloud specialises in enterprise digital transformation services, with expertise in Salesforce consulting and implementation, revenue lifecycle management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), workflow automation, and supply chain transformation. The company also works with platforms such as Conga, Agiloft and Onit.

Capital Numbers said the acquisition aligns with the strategic objectives outlined during its initial public offering and is expected to enhance the company’s service portfolio, delivery capabilities and access to clients in the United States.

“The acquisition will strengthen our capabilities in Salesforce-led digital transformation, broaden our customer reach in the US market, and create opportunities for cross-selling services across a larger client base,” the company said in its filing.

Epitome Cloud reported revenues of approximately $3.28 million in calendar year 2023, $4.12 million in 2024, and $2.87 million in 2025.

Following the completion of the transaction, Capital Numbers will hold 100% of Epitome Cloud’s equity share capital. The company clarified that the acquisition does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the target company.
