Mumbai, May 15, 2026: Desco Infratech Limited has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for a crude oil pipeline replacement project in Maharashtra valued at ₹16.67 crore.
The contract involves the replacement of 24-inch crude oil transfer pipelines connecting the ONGC Trombay Terminal to the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) refineries at Uran Plant, Maharashtra.
The total contract value stands at ₹166.69 million, inclusive of GST.
The company stated that the project award follows its earlier disclosure on May 13, 2026, where it had informed stock exchanges about emerging as the lowest bidder (L1) for the ONGC project.
Desco Infratech said the execution timeline will be carried out as per contractual terms agreed with ONGC.
The company further clarified that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority and that the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
Desco Infratech Limited operates in the infrastructure and engineering segment, undertaking projects related to pipeline systems, industrial infrastructure, and energy sector development.
