Mumbai, April 11, 2026: Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (NSE: EIEL, BSE: 544290) has secured two major infrastructure contracts in Maharashtra, with a combined value of approximately ₹972.19 crore, the company said in an exchange filing.
The projects have been awarded by the Swachh Maharashtra Mission Directorate under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0, and involve the development of sewage treatment and sewerage infrastructure across urban local bodies (ULBs) in Pune and Nashik.
The first contract, valued at ₹587.21 crore, pertains to Category I ULBs in Pune with sewage treatment plant (STP) capacity below 5 million litres per day (MLD). The scope of work includes the development of 120.50 MLD STP capacity, along with 209 km of interception and diversion (I&D) pipelines and an extensive 887.20 km sewer network. The project will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis across 306 ULBs with populations below one lakh.
The second project, awarded for ₹384.98 crore, covers Category II ULBs in Nashik with STP capacity of 5 MLD and above. This contract involves the development of 121.10 MLD STP capacity, 105.50 km of I&D pipelines, and 433.68 km of sewer network, also spanning 306 ULBs under the same population category.
Both projects are domestic in nature and are to be completed within a period of 24 months.
The company clarified that neither of the contracts qualifies as a related party transaction, and that its promoters or promoter group entities have no interest in the awarding authority.
These wins strengthen Enviro Infra Engineers’ position in the urban infrastructure and water management segment, while contributing to the government’s push toward improved sanitation and wastewater management across smaller urban centres.
