Ramky Infrastructure Wins ₹1,401 Crore EPC Contract for Dighi Port Industrial Area Project

Ramky Infrastructure Limited has secured an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract worth approximately ₹1,401 crore for infrastructure development at the Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA) in Maharashtra.
 
The contract has been awarded by Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), a special purpose vehicle formed by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.
 
Under the agreement, Ramky Infrastructure will design, construct, test, commission, operate and maintain infrastructure works for Phase I – Package A of the project.
 
The scope includes roads, drainage systems, water distribution networks, sewage systems, stormwater networks, power distribution systems, ICT infrastructure and a water treatment plant.
 
Construction is scheduled to be completed within 930 days, followed by four years of operations and maintenance, extendable by another six years by mutual agreement.
