Pine Labs has secured multi‑year contracts from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and Indian Oil Corporation Limited to modernise digital payments infrastructure across fuel retail outlets nationwide.
The company will deploy, manage and maintain nearly 130,000 digital payment acceptance devices across petrol pumps and merchant outlets across India.
For IOCL, Pine Labs will also manage the XTRAPOWER loyalty rewards platform used by fleet operators for fuel management, analytics and secure digital payments.
Industry estimates suggest the project value could range between ₹325 crore and ₹455 crore based on large‑scale payment infrastructure deployment costs.
The initiative is expected to accelerate digitisation of fuel retail commerce in India.
