Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has received order confirmations for its transfer case business from an existing large Indian automotive OEM. The order is centred on the supply of a transfer case design tailored for a commercial pick up truck product for international markets.
The multi-year contract is valued at approximately Rs. 800 crores lifecycle revenue. These orders are to be executed over a period of 7 years commencing from H2FY27 after product validation and approval.
Starting this calendar year, the company had received orders to the tune of Rs. 200 crores from two marquee North American manufacturers of automotive transmissions for precision forged and machined components for passenger and light commercial vehicles.
